1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ADs Mobile Hub’s website and services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or our services.
2. Services
ADs Mobile Hub provides phone repair, screen replacement, battery swaps, charging port repair, board-level micro-soldering, water damage restoration, and sale of genuine accessories and tablets. All services are subject to availability.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are indicative and may change without prior notice. Final prices are confirmed at the time of service or purchase. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on market conditions and part availability.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted on collection or delivery via cash or bank transfer. No deposits or prepayment are required unless otherwise agreed. All transactions are final once service has commenced.
5. Warranty
Every repair comes with a 14-day parts and labour warranty. Should the same fault recur within 14 days of service, we will fix it at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, liquid exposure after repair, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Device Responsibility
While in our possession, your device is treated with care and handled by certified technicians. We recommend backing up your data before handing over your device. ADs Mobile Hub is not responsible for data loss, except where caused by our negligence.
7. Delivery
Delivery within Abuja costs between ₦2,000 and ₦5,000 depending on location. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched same day. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
ADs Mobile Hub’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and branding on this website are the property of ADs Mobile Hub and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. Reproduction without express written permission is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
